Angus Strategic Commissioning Plan

Angus Integration Joint Board (IJB) is developing a new Strategic Commissioning Plan (Plan) for 2023-2026.
This plan will set out the vision of Angus IJB and our ambitions for the adult health and social care services, which are delegated by Angus Council and NHS Tayside to Angus Heath and Social Care Partnership (HSCP).
We would like to hear your views of the draft Plan. To support this, please read the summary of the Plan and complete a short questionnaire; your comments will help us to make final changes to the Plan and make it as comprehensive as it can be.
